ingredients 

1kg mussels, cleaned and beards removed

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

60 ml, 4 tbsp, extra virgin olive oil

1 small chili, finely chopped

1 glass dry white wine

instructions 

In a heavy-based saucepan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and add the whole garlic clove and chili.

Sauté for 1 minute. Add the mussels and after 2 minutes pour over the white wine.

Stir and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour over the Dress Italian Siciliana Sundried Tomato Sauce and simmer gently for 10 minutes. If the juice starts to dry up, add water.

Season with salt and pepper. Top with freshly chopped parsley and serve with crunchy bread.
