ingredients
4 x 250g, 8oz cod fillets
Grated rind 2 lemons
1 jar, 350g Dress Italian Classica Basil & Tomato Sauce
60 ml, 4 tbsp, 2fl oz extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper
instructions
Heat the extra virgin olive oil and the lemon rind together in a non stick pan. When hot, fry the cod fillets for 4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and black pepper. Gently heat the Dress Italian Classica Basil & Tomato Sauce in another pan for 1 minute. Serve each cod fillet with a spoonful of the warmed Tomato Sauce and a fresh rocket salad.
