ingredients 

250g, 9oz, 1 cup shelled tiger prawns

170g, 6oz, 1/2 cup flaked cooked or tinned crab

1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

2 small red chillis, finely chopped

30 ml, 2 tbsp, 1fl oz extra virgin olive oil

1200 ml, 2 pints, 5 cups cold water

fresh coriander and mint

100g, 1 cup bean sprouts

instructions 

Heat the extra virgin olive oil with the garlic and chilli in a heavy-based frying pan or wok. Sauté for 3 minutes. Add the prawns, crab meat and Dress Italian Basil Pesto. Stir well. Now pour over the water and simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Add the bean sprouts and season with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with fresh coriander and mint and serve immediately.
